"Despite MULTIPLE REQUEST we still have no explanation of the policy. Craig continues to reply with standard copy and paste responses he uses for all upset customer - "we care, we are sorry you are frustrated, we strive to do the best" yet THEY STILL HAVEN'T RESPONDED ANY SUBSTANCE OUR REQUEST SINCE APRIL 26!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be reporting to DOI since I'm not getting anywhere with their "local neighborhood insurance company" RUN from Craig Martin's State Farm. They only care about sales and not customers."

"Avoid this company if you expect customer service. Emails ignored for weeks, constant upselling, and basic policy changes turned into a nightmare. After 10 years with zero claims, adding a car and jewelry coverage became endless calls, confusion, and pressure to buy more insurance. When leaving, they dodged simple refund questions and gave conflicting information. Three follow-up emails later — still no response. Feels like they care more about sales than customers. UPdate - despite multiple request again asking for explanation we get candid responses like below from Craig - pathetic. ALL WORDS - Zero action. STILL NO ANSWER TO OUR REQUEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Thank you for your response, but I find it very concerning that the only time I’ve received any acknowledgment from you is after leaving a public negative review. Despite multiple emails and attempts to resolve this privately and professionally, I still have not received a proper follow-up regarding my concerns. At this point, it’s no longer just about the billing issue it’s about the lack of communication and professionalism from you. Customer service should be a top priority, especially in an industry where people rely on trust, transparency, and timely support. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Seeing that I’m not the only customer expressing similar concerns in reviews makes it clear this is an ongoing issue that seriously needs improvement. Ignoring clients until a public review is posted is not good business practice, and I genuinely hope this office takes the feedback seriously moving forward. There is clearly a need for better communication, accountability, and customer care."

"This is now the second complaint I’ve had regarding this State Farm office in Winter Garden with Craig Martin, and unfortunately, my experience continues to be extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Communication and follow-up from this office is terrible. It takes weeks just to get any sort of response, and getting in contact with Craig Martin himself is nearly impossible. As the head of the office, it is incredibly unprofessional that when situations cannot be resolved by his staff, he completely ignores emails and leaves everything to his assistants instead of stepping in and properly handling customer concerns. For the past three months, I have been dealing with an issue regarding a child discount that was mistakenly removed from my insurance policy. Michelle herself acknowledged the issue, contacted accounting, and confirmed that the discount had indeed been removed accidentally. I was told it would be corrected. Three months later, I am still being overcharged, and nothing has been resolved. What made this experience even worse was being treated as if I was lying about the numerous conversations and follow-ups that have taken place over these past months. There have been countless calls regarding this issue, and if their calls are recorded, there is proof of every conversation that occurred. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive treatment from this office is unacceptable. Based on my experience, this office is extremely difficult to work with, and it’s disappointing to see customer concerns continuously ignored instead of properly addressed."

"Kelsey one of the girls in the office was able to look at my old policy, explain what everything means (which no insurance company has ever done) and was able to recommend a policy with double the coverage for only 20 dollars more. Now that I know what my insurance covers what I’m paying for makes me sleep better at night."
